behold...the empanada!
I made Chilean empanadas today, for my mom's birthday. The hardest part is the dough, then rolling it out. My hands are messed up, specially the left for some odd reason. I set off both fire alarms by turning on the oven and boiling water...what the hell! Leave it to me. But it was all worth it because they came out yummy and everyone enjoyed them! They are the kind of food I'm only willing to do once a year though!!
